The Blue Plate: A Food Lover’s Guide to Climate Chaos

One of the original ~100 PVCF shareholders, Mark Easter spent most of his career at Colorado State University studying carbon emissions in agriculture and forestry, while working with farmers, ranchers, and foresters to develop methods to reduce those emissions from their fields, pastures, and woodlots while restoring degraded lands. He compiled that work into this popular science book to be published by Patagonia Books next month. Wolverine Farm Publishing will be selling the books at the event, and Mark wants royalties from books sold at the event to be donated to … PVCF! What a great and generous way to highlight our local initiatives.
